BRAD GROSE
Founder
As the Founder of the company, Brad utilizes his 20 years of construction and company operational experience to help take our client’s ideas, visions, desires, and needs from inception through project completion. Brad focuses on client relationships and the overall Grose and Manz construction management experience for the clients and all of the other firms and companies we interact with. Grose has a business degree from Bowling Green State University and has provided senior to ownership level oversight of over 3.5 million square feet, 4700 units/guestrooms, and $500 million of construction.
CHET MANZ
Vice President
Starting in the trenches of working on the jobsite as an assistant superintendent, progressing into project management, estimating, and eventually an executive role, Chet brings a vast amount of experience and leadership to the company. With over 15 years in general contracting, Chet is involved in each project from conception through completion and is committed to the relationships being built as each project progresses. Manz has a civil engineering degree from The University of Toledo and a masters degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University.
